Always lovely to speak to you and your great service is truly appreciate, you are always polite and considerate. Thank you for always going over and beyond to help. Cannot see the importance of urgency and won’t give you the information you need.

This morning I’ve called the practiced after 14 hours of daily massive headaches occurring as well in my sleep and a hurtful stomach pain that has lasted over 15 days even if I took medications for the past week which doesn’t help. I have been told by the receptionist at 8 AM that I’ll be called back around an hour to early afternoon despite the fact I had asked to meet a doctor many times due to my stroke history. The doctor never called me. I called them back later on and some unprofessional reception insisted many times to put me an appointment on Sunday the 25th at 12 PM. A day where even on google is written as ‘closed’ and they kept insisting 3 times that it was opened but I won’t receive a phone confirmation. This pure mockery is dangerous for people life.

The person in question should be fired or sued for putting someone’s life in danger.

This review is about today's experience. Generally happy with the Surgery.
Attending the surgery now, as I am typing. They have a sign saying Meeting in Progress for 30 Min. Nothing about what time it started and what time it's due to finish! I attended at 13:06 and it is now 13:43. So illogical and seems on purpose to extend the said meeting without justification!

Really poor practice, have been registered at Gordon House for around 4 years and the service has always been poor. Getting through to them is always a pain, and twice now when I’ve actually managed to get an appointment it’s been booked for the wrong day, so I’ve had to call back and get it corrected, at one point they cancelled my appointment without telling me. I spoke to the surgery last week, and the receptionist was terrible, I had to repeat all the info several times, she then berated me for not calling early enough in the morning for an appointment, before hanging up as I was saying thank you. Oh and she booked the appointment for the wrong day! The reception staff lack any level of empathy, which when you’re feeling ill would be appreciated, they are devoid of any kind of people skills which is strange for those who work in customer facing roles.

I’ve found most of the drs have been efficient and helpful. With the exception of one face to face appointment where the dr was hostile and combative, starting the appointment by ranting at me for not wearing a mask (this was post covid just a few months ago!) apparently the reception should have told all patients to wear masks, what a surprise they didn’t! I almost left the appointment, however the dr apologised for her outburst and as I’d waited 4 weeks I couldn’t afford to wait again.

Avoid this practice if you can!

WOW - Faisa is an amazingly skilful Phlebotomist!!! I wish all blood samples in my lifetime were taken this quickly and painlessly. I honestly could not feel the needle go in, the numerous bottles get changed, or the needle come out. She was so kind and caring and it is rare nowadays to find Phlebotomists who don't torture you! Faisa is truly one in a billion, so had to come on here and give her a massive shout out as she deserves the recognition.

Waste of your time. Dr not listening a word you describing your symptoms once they think they know, straight to a NHS website for which medical treatment and only follows the suggestion on the site regardless of what you’ve just described. if you only following the website, why need a Dr???? AI can do the same??? What a joke.

Appointment booked for 10:30am it’s going to be 11:30 before I’m seen.

This surgery is extremely poor.

The receptionists need retraining in particular the woman with the pink hair, she has no ability to talk to anyone in the correct manner and is extremely dismissive. Register at a different surgery.

Very poor practise.

Terrible Staff member especially Reception no respect, no understanding towards patients.
I’m been removed from the surgery just because my wife had an accident and when she went hospital she gave my mother in law home address as we were visiting.
Just for that they have decided to remove us from the surgery.
