Staffa Health - Holmewood

So so rude. Never treated nicely and because I moved house, 2 min away, I’ve been threatened to move surgery. Rest of my family hasn’t. Just me. Was told they will no longer book me in even in an emergency.
Was told on one occasion to go outside as my newborn baby was crying from the long wait.
Also had an untrained nurse give my baby her jabs who gave us the wrong information that could have killed her.
Health visitor and me put a complaint in against her, but nothing was ever done.

From booking an appointment to seeing GP or nurse everyone is kind ,caring and professional.
I am very happy to be under the care of Staffa health , I feel everyone goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care .

Always found staff very helpful and do their best to help you, especially in these trying times. Been with them at holmewood 30+ years and never had a bad experience.

First time at the Holmewood branch of Staffa, couldn’t fault it. Staff were very friendly and professional, lovely atmosphere.

Absolutely sigusting service rang 111 about my son being in alot of pain due to a massive varruca that I have treated with home freeze treatment and bazuca. Told he realy needs to be seen with the size of it by a doctor at his surgery. Rang today for the receptionist to say we don't treat that here it's over counter stuff explaining how big it is it. Doctor asks for a photo rather than actually seeing patient at all and just says we don't deal with that and to go private what do i pay tax for. He's a child for God sake this surgery is diabolical

Although there is sometimes a wait to see the doctor, please be a patient patient as there can be many things happening behind the scenes that cause the long wait. You will always be seen in an emergency.

I don't ever leave review as a rule , but I attended surgery for a blood test , of which I have a huge dislike to. Lindsay my nurse was amazing, I couldn't believe it was over !! First blood test of my life I didn't feel !. Thank you lindsay.
