Awful experience, reception staff are obnoxious and incompetent. They do not understand a dire need for an appointment, eventhough I told them I couldn't get one. I'm now looking for another surgery. Even on the nhs website it does say they cannot refuse appointment especially if it's urgent. These people will lead to the patients downfalls even if the doctors are good. They need to employ better reception staff

Based experience of reception staff rude to me and my elderly mother They've been rude to her so often she's too afraid too call them They used to have very nice staff they've all left. Wonder why

Doctors are nice and friendly but the woman's in the reception let them down they are so rude and incompetent old careless always busy chatting with each other lazy they should hire someone with customer service experience and happy friendly no this rude old woman's

I was 8min late for my apt the doctor refused to see my 8week baby for his 6 week check up. I explained I had to feed him and its hard as a new mum but she refused it still. So unethical no empathy, no care and really unjustifiable reasons for not seeing him. I do understand there is a pandemic but there is no need for the doctors to refuse a patient for 8 min esp as we have waited for doctors at this surgery well over 30min when we turn up for our apt on time. Really disappointed they have let us down and really don't care.

I have lived in this are since 1995 and I have never had issues. Anyone who knows anything about healthcare knows they are not your servants and they have so many responsibilities that and rules to follow that they are under constant pressure. They are always polite unless a patient is demanding things that are not possible and then getting upset about it. You know who you are.

There is a nursery nurse here who is extremely unprofessional with a terrible attitude towards mums. She was also at fault of mixing up one of my appointments and blamed it entirely on the receptionist staff when questioned. I had to travel there to be turnt away when I could have been informed beforehand by call or text? Terrible.

Poor customer service and because of that they lost a patient. I know people has been leaving and it will come to a point they will lose their jobs. They should know it's we the patients that keep the GP running, and without us, it will be shut down for good

Terrible customer service, the workers that don’t know how to treat other people. They don’t even care what is your problem. That’s supposed to be a gp. No I really hated don’t recommend at all.
