GP was helpful which i guess was the most important, but reception staff not so much. I'm not sure to being rushed off the phone like this considering it private healthcare.

Interior is quite depressing. Great blend of staff, the gentleman at reception was very good, The Doctor was very easy to talk to, she gave me opportunity to speak and be heard. I only have one suggestion, the refreshments need to be looked at, not much offered. Receptionist offered me a hot drink whilst I waited which I felt was genuine and not part of his job.

Came here for a blood test and the service was second to none. Apart from all the covid requirements (which is good to see) they were otherwise friendly and helpful throughout.
