My husband has had ear infection for one month in this time he has not been able to see Dr Kamil, only the practice nurse.
The infection is now so bad, St Peters hospital are having to treat him as an emergency,as the infection has perforated his ear drum.

The GP was very unprofessional and he barely looked at my daughter’s rash. He gave her a cream that made the rash worse. All in all I felt like I was imposing when in the room. I strongly advise for any other GP practice.

Dr. Kamil is a great doctor. Extremely kind and made us feel at ease from day one. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. I felt that he genuinely cares about his patients. The practice team is also professional and friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to help out and fit you in.

The new telephone system is beyond terrible .

Had tried for days to get through on the phone with no joy . 2 hours plus each time .

Submitted online forms and did not have a response within the time given , I have made many attempts to speak to people via the phone since this system was introduced .

The online system will be swamped due to this phone issue .

Today a further phone attempt , took 1 hour to go from 9 to 3 in call queue , then another hour and 5 minutes from 3 to 1 but it still wasn’t my turn ; in desperation a relative took me to the surgery . There was a queue outside of patients experiencing the same thing .

The lady in reception was very helpful , caring and respectful ,explained there is an issue with phone system she is trying to resolve & did what she could to help.unfortunately I needed to call surgery back later .Only 40 minutes this time and actually got through !

This time a different receptionist - very Unhelpful and dismissive . I would like her to note using madam or ma’am in a sentence in the way she does , does not convey politeness or respect . It is actually rudeness dressed up as false courtesy .

I have never experienced anything like this from this surgery - responsiveness , compassion , efficiency and respect has always been 100% . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them any other time .

The phone system and this one person is letting it down right now. - when dealing with people who feel unwell , anxious and frustrated because of their new phone system it’s not a good look !

I have just moved to this surgery unfortunately extremely regret it . Just for basic query it is extremely difficult to get through to surgery anytime of day I call . It took me few days to simply get through to receptionist & book an appointment with nurse.

My family and I joined this practice a few months ago as we moved home. I cannot prasie this practice enough. It is the complete opposite from what we had before in Surrey.

The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and try their best to help.

Dr Kamil is amazing! I feel so safe and heard from Dr Kamil! He is an amazing Doctor and genuinely cares bout his patients and explains everything to you so you understand. Dr Kamil takes the time to hear you and your worries/concerns.

UPDATE: GP missed my scheduled appointment. Finished work early today 19th August to discuss some important health results and now I can't call them cos they are closed.

Useless centre. Had to switch GP because of previous GP retiring. You have to literally call numerous times at either half 8am or at 4pm; both times not suitable for the average working Joe that works 9-5.

I have not met my doctor as of yet here but the receptionists are lovely and it's not their fault that they have to give generic responses. It's just not good enough and it's the public health service that is one of common denominators for giving this country a very bad reputation.

May have to consider private as I know these reviews do absolutely nothing in terms of physical action. Hopefully enough people write in with similar thoughts in order to provoke the change.
