My experience with my Dr has been great, as they doing their level best and not only 1 or 2 patients registered at GP surgery there are over 10k patients +registered as even then I got looked after by some kind of help or advise from my gp receptionist. Receptionist are always amazing and polite it's not their fault when Dr falls shorts or ill but yet they still recommend alternative to help u as much as they can, so I really appreciate their service so much. today i called for my daughter lip swelling Receptionist been very kind and booked for traige but the Dr saw and instantly called and sorted their problems her name is DR ROY, SALARY DR. all other Dr's also good but she's been amazing and made my day. Please keep up the good work I love ur new system of callback service now doing great. Well done everyone and thank u so much for ur kind care for us patients. Man y tanks once again.

Worst practice please don’t go there!!! Me and my partner submitted our registration documents two months ago. I got registered a few days after that, but he is still waiting?!! He went there to ask what is happening and whether there is anything else he has to do. They just didn’t care, gave no explanation and told him to wait. I am still waiting for my initial health check which prevents me from getting any other appointments. I’ve been waiting for two months for that and they just cancelled the appointment without rescheduling! It seems like they want their patients to suffer!! Receptionist is so rude and doesn’t listen to what you have to say. I have tried ordering my repeat prescription with them. I supplied them with all the required information. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and noticed that they gave me half of the supply without bothering to inform me about it. So then after two weeks I had to order it again. Went to the pharmacy and what a surprise - they decided not to prescribe me the medication that I have been taking for a few years now. Without contacting me. ARE YOU AWARE OF THE DANGER THAT YOU CAN CAUSE TO PEOPLE? ARE YOU AWARE THAT PEOPLE CAN DIE BECAUSE OF YOU BEING SO CAREFREE? I hope that the people from essex lodge get the same treatment elsewhere and will find themselves in the same situation.

Why are the receptionist so rude? They make you feel so horrible when you call in and they talk to you like you’re stupid? I honestly don’t get why people work in a place that deals with people if they don’t like people? I called this morning very worried about an issue and the receptionist was extremely rude and very reluctant to book me an appointment and trying to diagnose me herself? This happens every single time I call in. This practice needs to train their reception staff to be kind and considerate to people that call in. They should also listen back to some if the recordings of people calling in and see for themselves.

Would give the surgery 0 stars. My friend has been waiting for knee surgery for 8 yrs and still no help from any GP in the surgery with no help given. He continues to be in dire pain with no help or follow up given.

I just want inform every single person that I had a problem with my daughter that my nearly fainted and was really unwell so we called 111 and the Newham hospital said below the shoe of 4-5 told to go to this surgery and the doctor without any tests said that she is ok.Unprofessional doctor and was useless because they are making their own decisions without any tests or blood tests.What kind of service is this and the how the doctor saying that she is ok without doing any tests.I would not recommend anyone going to this surgery

I had appointment for covid vaccination, staff were very friendly. They checked my appointment time did temperature check, asked me to come inside. One of the Red Cross staff accompanied me to consultation room and took my details. Got my first dose and waited for some time at reception. Later I was asked to leave and informed that I may need to come back with in 3 to 12 weeks for second dosage. Great experience and great staff.

Im writing this in behalf of my dad. The surgery has been brilliant towards my dad and the care they have provided for him. Dr Nandra has always gone out of his way to provide excellent treatment. The referral lady was also nice and fast when it came to referring my dad and informed us straight away of the outcome. Even though im not registered here and my dad is it is very comforting to know my dad is being looked after. Thank you.

Needed some blood tests done, Zamzam done a brilliant job, very polite and gentle, hardly felt anything when drawing the blood, thank you Zamzam for your kindness and gentleness.
