I would like to say how brilliant the nurse at Royston was today (7/06/16). I have had an unpleasant experience in the past & was nervous, but she completely put me at ease & was very professional. Thank you.

After my third routine three-yearly check, I had to attend the clinic for further screening. In my case this was another mammogram, ultrasound and biopsies (two sites). A call two days later followed by a meeting with breast surgery consultant two days after that (thankfully, caught early it seems). All very quick and efficient. I would like to give a special mention to all those I encountered at the breast clinic in Lewsey Road who made the whole experience as easy and informative as possible (I would be lying if I said painless): those doing the mammograms, the biopsies, the nurses, the doctors. As another reviewer said, we even had a laugh and who'd have thought the conversation would include Manny Pacquiao. Thank you!

My mother has been trying to ring up to book an appointment for a breast screening appointment for weeks now, she rings multiple times throughout the day and every time gets the same message that all the lines are busy with no option to leave a message. She has also emailed to try and book an appointment with no reply, this is unacceptable

Nobody answer to the only phone number. Is always busy. I phoned during 2 weeks, every day, 40-50 times a day, the robot said is busy, press extension number and star, what extension? Nothing clear, no answer. Meanwhile they send dozens of letters for brest screening. This is annoying😡

I have only the best to say about this clinic.The breast care nurse Caroline acknowledged my family history and managed to discuss my case on the MDT meetings.I was invited for further evaluation and the staff were amazing.
I was given reassurance and support.

I have been trying to ring for ages now, the lines always says it's busy and to try later. I have emailed with no reply. Considering they want to prevent breast cancer, this is not helpful at all.

Thank you to admin and clinical staff for providing an excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. You do the NHS proud.

Can not praise the staff here enough, the nurse and doctor are amazing , explained everything so clearly. Made sure I understood what was going on and possible out comes . Took my daughter with me and she felt very much involved with what was going on . The waiting time was outstanding only there 2 hours . Thank you to the doctor and nurse who I saw so very kind and patient, a real credit to this department.
