Rudest nurse I have ever spoken to only been with them 2 months 100% moving. They changed my inhaler and when I went for a repeat prescription, I got shouted at for not remembering what they give me. I said check the records what you prescribed me. apparently they don’t record what they give patients, which is worrying, the nurse hung up on me when I questioned it. In the end they made me go to the late night pharmacy to see what they prescribed me. Leyland late night pharmacy couldn’t believe it when told, Joke. The receptionist was helpful tbh.

Probably the most unhelpful, rude, ignorant, miserable reception staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Patients shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience, making me leave the surgery and telephone to order a repeat prescription because they couldn't be bothered getting out of the chair to help me. A disgrace to the surgery which I have been with for over 44 years. Now an ex patient.

If you are a patient here you can only be ill part time as they are closed on a Tuesday afternoon.

I have always received kind care and attention from the doctors, nurses and reception staff.Any hospital referrals that were needed were handled speedily and I have nothing but praise from the doctors and their team

Does anyone know if Lorinda is ok? She seems to be in such a bad mood that she’s angry at new mothers and their babes which is, at the minimum, alarming.
The doctors, receptionists and other nurses seem to be very good, it’s just such a shame that one person is so aggressive and abrupt that it sours the entire experience.
Lorinda, if you dislike your job that much, just leave; The people you’re rude to pay your salary and your actions really aren’t worth the effort, it’s genuinely just sad, like your signs.

Reception staff are polite and helpful. I've always found they have been approachable. It's very clear they work extremely hard.
I've been able to get both emergency and routine appointments this year easily. The GPs are empathetic and compassionate, I have always been very happy with my consultations.

I really like the practice website including the iceberg model - I think it's brilliant and a good way to highlight everything that the surgery does and how tirelessly they work.

Last Friday I had the worst experience ever. I was neglected by this surgery once and it happened again... Then I sorted it out with help of selicitor... The receptionist and the nurse I was booked in with, were so rude. I understand all this situation at the moment but that not giving these people rights to abuse your patient, in my case in a front of my child. He was scared and confused...
I'm not changed surgery just because my doctor is fantastic and I'm with this surgery for a 11 years but these ladies need to change their attitude!!!

The receptionists are the rudest people i have ever met. They will always continue talking as if you're not there. It must be a conscious effort not to make eye contact with the patient to carry on waffling on about whatever trivial rubbish they watched on tv last night. You can describe your medication down to the coloir on the box and THEY WILL STILL GET IT WRONG
