Always very helpful - Jackie is brilliant, always caring and efficient. A great practice. Like all doctors' surgeries, it has been really hard during the pandemic. Please respect these good folks for what they do and look after them, you may need them to look after you. Many thanks for ll your hard work.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with previous reviews as the quality of service is now very poor. Though there are excellent staff at the surgery, I have also experienced rude and unhelpful service. Such a shame as this surgery used to be so good. My partners surgery is friendly and efficient and makes it easy to get the help required. Not so lindfield. Come on management team - time to shake off new but actually antiquated ‘improvements’ and get back to basics.

It's a pity that such a great medical practice should have negative reviews at all. I guess it's human nature to complain more often than to thank. Those negative reviews were, I'm sure, quite genuine but they should be outnumbered massively by 5 star reviews. Here's mine.

Last week, I needed to see a doctor face to face on the same day. Mission Impossible, you say. Not so. OK. I had a good reason. The receptionist grasped the urgency immediately and I was duly booked in for later that day. While there, I overheard another receptionist dealing very sympathetically and professionally (it was complex) with another request at the desk. They have a difficult job to do and do it well. We have lived through unprecedented times and NHS service delivery has been constantly changing and now under great pressure. Be sympathetic.

I have been a patient at this practice for 37 years. The quality of care and responsiveness has remained constantly high over that period. OK. I used to see "my GP" all the time. However, even to day, I see (or talk to over the phone) "my GP" well over half the time I need help and advice. Even when I don't interact with "my GP", the handover to another GP via the notes is seamless and, although I'm always ready to give the background story, it's never needed.

This is a great practice and everyone who works there should be proud of the help they are giving to our community.

This has been my doctors for 29 years from when I was born. It used to be an amazing doctors surgery. It’s gone down hill since the appointment of the manager a couple of years ago. Awful rude reception staff you just get told to find a different practice if you’re not happy. Doctors are good when you can get to talk or see them.

Friendly & helpful employees who go beyond to serve us.
Covid & flu clinics have been amazing well organised.

Every time I have called I had to wait but with 11,000 patients to serve that not supervising. Well done & Thank You 🙏

Nice and helpful front desk team; and the doctors are always kind, informative and caring. Recently, I have been going there too often, but I seem to get seen as soon as I arrive. Great service.
Everyone is under pressure but work very hard. They whole team to be understood, supported and thanked.

5 weeks for a telephone appointment.
Waited 40mins on phone for an urgent appointment and was told to go to hospital for something that could fixed in 2mins

Sadly I have to agree with the previous negative review of the practise. When we first joined this surgery over 5 years ago we were very happy with the quality of service, but over the past 2-3 years it has gone downhill. Since the COVID pandemic it has been increasingly difficult to get any sort of support, including for my two children. When I last called the surgery regarding one of my children I had a horrid experience with one of the receptionists attempting to cut the call short multiple times, before I had finished talking. A likeness to a passive aggressive bouncer in a nightclub springs to mind. Hoping things improve in the future.
