The Crown Surgery

A very popular and very busy doctor's waiting times for a regular appointment can be 2 weeks plus. however not really the best if you have a mental disorder such as manic depression bipolar disorder normally looks like I'm changing my doctors surgery to somewhere else

Can only sing the praises of all I have had dealings with at Crown surgery, receptionists nurses, dispensers and doctors. All prepared to give you time to listen.
Plenty of carpark area as well....

Excellent service from a community-minded practice with a genuine heart for the care of its patients.

Quick and efficient

Covid and Flu Jabs Done Today, Eccleshall Community Centre, Lady's all very helpful they deserve a Thank You. Disappointed to hear that some People Didn't turn up for there appointment. But a good Shout out to Crown Surgery for Organising Appointments. 👍

We have recently moved to the area and in need of a doctor. Spoke to Dr Carr and we found he was so helpful and efficient.

The pharmacy is brilliant too and very well organised.

We're so relieved to have such a great surgery and appreciate the service they provide.

Generally helpful, one receptionist is rude and abrupt over the phone. Drs tend to be rude and abrupt except for 2 lady drs. Be thick skinned if you seek treatment here- they think it’s ok to take their bad mood out on you and have little patience with questions.
