Lovely staff ,very helpful,would recommend going there for your hearing aid service

Went for my daughter hearing test in january after failing her newborn hearing check twice. Again failed and was told i would be brought back for another within 10 weeks time. 16 weeks later no hearing test no communication from audiology and unable to connect as always seems to be shut or the phone isnt answered. So now waiting for hospital to contact me so i can get them to sort out the hearing test as i give up trying to get hold of this department or trying to speak to anyo e as no one is ever there

Friendly reception staff always willing to help, the audiologists are very professional with year's of experience.

Friendly staff and very clean facilities, however for a hospital that is recognised for providing hearing equipment and helping Deaf People, the Deaf awareness in this place could be better. It would be great if the staff all knew at least level 2 BSL sign language.

The accessibility for this service is poor, it can take several days for a email reply which isn't ideal for Deaf People. If you ring up you will be able to get appointments/sorted straight away but I am waiting 4 days on for a reply and I am profoundly Deaf so unable to ring up.

Most of the staff are lovely although reception can be a bit hit and miss. Saw Ben Lambourne on Tuesday - friendly, thorough and professional - excellent!

I went here for the "Chear Study" COVID related hearing loss research..... It took 2 hours to do , but it will be worth it if, it's found to have an effect on people's hearing and balance....👍👍👍
