Just had cataract surgery and the staff made me feel at ease and we're so pleasant and when I went in the theatre the surgeon and nurses were very good and made the experience so less stressful.
They have called me to see how I'm doing so I won't hesitate to have my other eye done.
Very impressed with the whole experience.

I would give half a star if that was an option. They have branched out into minor surgery Cataract etc and since then have just forgot all about being a GP. My last 4 phone appointments have been cancelled by them. It’s a MONTH wait time just for a telephone appointment with anyone. They currently have a letter from the hospital about an acute medical condition I have that they need to prescribe medication for but after 3 week no doctor has been available to read the letter and they have no idea when a doctor will be able to. I am a huge fan and supporter of our NHS service. Unfortunately practices this badly managed are what will be giving people a poor image of our NHS and unfortunately open things up to privatisation at the cost of all of us. Avoid this doctors they are focused on their private minor surgery cash cow, not running as a GP.

The surgery was quiet and very clean, I didnt have to wait for my appointment and the nurse Magdalena was absolutely superb during the procedure and explained everything to perfection, really easy and quick process, she made me feel very comfortable, lovely lady.

I am disgusted and appalled at the lack of care and consideration by the this medical practice concerning my elderly mother. She has recently been discharged from hospital after suffering kidney failure. My mother has other health issues that need attention, one being the continued assessment/treatment and dressing of her ulcerated foot. Since her discharge from hospital my mother has deteriorated in her overall health and her ulcerated foot has become painful, swollen and red. As she is diabetic, this needs ongoing assessment and treatment to avoid infection. Everyday for three days running I have had to call the surgery to request some assistance for my mother, at first there was an understanding and helpful attitude from the receptionist and after consulting with a duty physician it was agreed that my mother should have a home visit for assessment and dressing. The assesment took place with an assurance that a nurse would come and dress the ulcerated foot. This didn’t happen, three days of phoning and assurance that a nurse would do a home visit but still a ‘no show’. After yet another phone calI with the duty physician it would seem that the medical professionals involved are of the opinion that, because my mother struggled to get to the surgery before her kidneys failed, she was capable of attending still. This however is not the case, she has had twenty one falls in total and very unsteady on her feet, her husband, who has Alzheimer’s and now in hospital himself after a fall has added to the anxious state of my mother. She is alone, frightened and vulnerable, desperate for some help and none on the horizon. She has been with this surgery since the eighties when it was situated on Unthank Road. She is now essentially housebound and entitled to a home visit, she has become extremely vulnerable due to her disabilities but it would seem that her advanced age, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, unsteady on her feet and prone to falls, has suffered kidney failure, compromised lungs, 55% blockage of her carotid, back pain, heightened anxiety caused by her current situation and an ulcerated foot, doesn’t fit the criteria of a home visit…..for a patient who has always been pleasant, cooperative and endeavoured to keep her appointments even when it’s been a struggle so as not to cause any inconvenience to the practice, I feel immensely aggrieved by negligence and dereliction of duty within the NHS.
Unfortunately this is the sign of our times and I feel it is necessary for me to make a formal complaint to NHS England on my mothers behalf.

Been a patient of the surgery for many years.
The standard of care they offer is appalling over the past few years there have been repeatedly messing up my prescriptions also so the receptionist are not very helpful at all and you try and ask to speak to a doctor they never call you back your best of self medicating with whatever you think is best because you're going to get no help.

I’d give 0 stars if I could!! The receptionists are rude and their management it just as bad… I’ve suffered with mental health issues for a long time I called up to be told I have to wait a month for an appointment called again today for them to try and force me into seeing another doctor and telling me that I have no choice if I want to be seen then I have to go with who they say! Then got a call off management JAMES FOSTER to be told I’m rude and disrespectful and that they have hundreds of patients with anxiety but I’m the only one to cause an issue. he told me that he have witnesses that heard the conversation I had with the receptionist, so that right there states our calls are in NO way confidential! They clearly don’t all have the correct training for patients with mental health problems and quite frankly I think it’s disgusting

Apart from the parking difficulties (mum doesn't do lifts), we are very impressed with this practise. From the receptionists, to the call back service and the amazing doctors. The doctor visited my dad at home (without us calling), twice offered mum a same day appointment then visited in person the same day and sat and reassured her for quite a while.
In contrast, we phoned our doctors (not Norwich) in September and got offered a phone call on November 3rd!!
Brilliant service.
