Old Mill Surgery

Excellent doctors surgery with friendly receptionists and complete with inhouse pharmacy. Brilliant overall care from both Doctors and nurses and I cannot praise enough Dr Roy Newman for his professionalism in both explaining in detail his treatment and bedside manner. All in all ten out of ten.

I moved from a different surgery in Poringland because I was not happy with the service I received there. I have been a patient at old mill for at least a year and I have always experienced a first class service. I always wait a little too long but that’s because the doctors never rush their patients through. I have never felt rushed and despite seeing several different doctors and nurses, their expertise and service has always been exceptional. They listen and they always follow up on any treatment plan. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

In my experience, a great selection of caring, gentle and patient doctors and nurses.

Will do anything to get out of taking new patients. I'm 20 meters outside the catchment area drawn on their map so naturally they want nothing to do with me.

Great GP Practice, 15 years of great performance.

Called first thing this morning and still waiting for a nurse practitioner to call me back. It's now 17.07 and still no call.
However during covid and lockdown they have been brilliant until now🤔
