Debbie Wallace is absolutely rude. I went to see her about my medication prescribed to me for more than a year by 2 different doctors because I had none left and was hoping for a prescription for a new box of my medication. Went into see her, did I get my medication? No. What did I get? Judgemental comments and questions that had nothing to do with my sleeping problems. She said to me that That "I don't look tired, I don't have bags under my eyes, I don't look exhausted and that I should get a job" a job? I've just turned 16 waiting on home tuition because I left school due to my mental health and a recent spine operation which I explained to her at the start. I don't look exhausted or tired or have bags under my eyes? Maybe because I was taking my medication and sleeping well due to the medication. As I was leaving the room, she had the cheek to ask me if I have had any horrible thoughts? I just wanted my prescription not a lecture on how "lazy" I was described to be because I don't have a job or comments about how I look. My boyfriend witnessed how she treated me and was appalled.

Whilst staying away from home in Pembrey country park our son needed to be seen by a GP, we had no problem getting him registered as a temporary patient, the receptionists were extremely helpful and we were very grateful for being seen.
