Disgusting practice! Rushed to hospital in Darby with pains in my chest and was given a letter to give to my GP when I got home. Surgery refused to see me for 6 weeks and when I demanded an emergency appointment was told by Dr Miller that I weren't in England anymore and will have to wait! Absolutely disgusting attitude and a complete failing in their duty of care

Absolute shower taken to hospital with dangerously high blood pressure . Discharged from A&E told I need to see my GP the next day can't get an appointment in morning surgery told call at 13:00 no afternoon appointments left. Time to find a real Doctors surgery.

There's 7 of us in our family so use the surgery often. I've never been let down by them, always managed to get at least a telephone consultation. Their quick work saved my wife's life. The staff have shown nothing but respect to my family at all times. The Rhondda is an aging society and as such will always have a large demand put on the health system. My first port of call is very often to call into the chemist as they can very of ten and have sorted out minor problems for my family and myself.

Terrible customer service, I spoke to a woman at the reception desk, I asked her for The contact number for the pharmacy next door and I was simply told to just google it, after informing the receptionist that I have already tried to find this contact number on Google previously to the phone call, she then exclaimed well I have just found it. I then said again that i hadn’t found it, she then repeated her self, huffed and puffed and found the number. To say I was shocked is honestly an understatement. Unbelievable.

Very rarely go to see the doctor, but after having 2 serious water infections in less than a month, I thought I should. Tried at 08:02 only to have automated service saying they are busy, try again later. Tried again straight away and got in a queue. I was number 45 in the queue. After a 44 minute wait I finally managed to speak to a receptionist. I was told there was nothing available and if it was urgent I should call up again at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm and was told there was nothing available. Explained that they had told me to call up today at 1 and she wasn't interested. However the girl in front of me got an appointment and the girl 2 behind got appointment. She has no idea how ill I am and didn't even bother to check my name or ask fundemental questions about my symptoms. Rude, unprofessional and inept are some of the politer words I can think of to describe this so called medical centre.

Two weeks ago I was told (by the manager) I had a telephone consultation at 3.20pm today. I got home from work early to be ready for the phone call. Doctor called 40mins earlier than planned, I missed the call by 1minute, I called back straight away for the receptionist to say we don't give out times for phone consultations? And that the doctor may or may not call me back?

No advise on what to do next... Not helpful at all.

Utter shambles called at 8 am 45 minutes on hold no appointments left, call.back at 1. Called back at 1 37 minutes on hold no appointments see out of hour 111 who referred me to the GP in the fistt place or ring back at 8 tomorrow do whats the point ofthis surgery

Put a repeat prescription in on the 14th of November 22 goes to collect because it still hasn't been delivered only to be told the prescription wasn't requested. To be told to call back in a hour but I called back in 2 and half hours later to be told prescription was still not ready. 5 days I've been without my medication. This surgery is a absolute joke.
