I have had fantastic support and assistance from the entire staff at Clarence and I can only reiterate the positive comments from other reviewers. From the reception staff, to the nurses and doctors who all play a part in providing an excellent service. As a carer for my Mum who has dementia, I have been able to work with Clarence to ensure that Mum gets the help she needs and this assistance has been a team effort. Changing to Clarence Medical Centre was the best decision I have made for my whole family and I thank you for your continued care.

I’ve been with clearance since I was a child my Dr was Lisa Williams lovely welsh women with a strong welsh accent. Since opening the new building I haven’t had any problems at all with the service or staff . The only thing I can say is I haven’t seen my Dr Lisa Williams for many years It’s all different Dr’s now but apart from that I can’t say a negative word about the service or staff every time I ask for a prescription it’s done very quickly on the same day as you ask for one and the clinic is so clean and spotless love the new building thank you for your great customer service I highly recommend the best doctors in Rhyl in my opinion 😊

I lived in the North of England most of my life and to be fair, any medical practise has challenges, dental or otherwise. Healthcare is provided by the NHS and is FREE, in Wales even the prescription is FREE. I paid for all my subs for a chunk of my working life. I haven't experienced this terrible service some people describe personally, yes I've had delays to subscriptions, the odd long wait for an appointment, maybe once I turned up to find no prescription waiting. Does everyone's requests go perfectly well, on time and problem free in their PAID services they undertake? Come on people, kiss the ground and accept the odd blip or interaction, it happens in everything, not just your FREE services. Keep up the good work Clarence Med Staff.

I have today been seen by Dr K Verma. She was very friendly, considerate and explained clearly what the procedure involved together with any potential side effects. I found it a positive experience and wish all our GPs were so empathetic. Thank you very much. Anne McCaughey

I have been registered with Clarence Medical Centre Rhyl since the mid 90's and I have always received great medical care and advice from the centre's Doctors, Nurses & Health Care Assistants. I have also found reception staff very helpful & pleasant. Their Online Consultation service "PATCHS" is a modern & efficient way of communicating with the Doctors. I have used it on a few occasions, instead of calling the surgery and I think it is great! Many thanks to you all. Sean

Can never get through , if your later than 0831 you've had it . E consult is always off line , booking via internet is always off line ....an update. You can now register your place in line and get a call back via telephone, which is much more convenient than before. I've been successful in getting an appointment 90% of the time . You still have to be ringing at 830am precisely though . I've updated review, as they now have a call back and will keep your que place. Still have to be on the ball and nice and early though.

Call at 0831 and told am in position more than 30 (whatever that means) 40, 50, 60? Get through to be told I would need to be called back. I drive for a living, so obviously can't answer the phone at the drop of the hat. Call back to be told they would message the doctor. No further response. E consult not available. I can only guess that actual appointments are largely for people who don't work and have all day to waste. This has also happened numerous times to my daughter in the last 6 weeks. Its no surprise that people end up at A & E with ailments that the doctor should be treating. Disgusting service

Unfortunately since Clarence House became so big their service has deteriorated especially the reception staff who are quite rude. The doctors are very good as are the nurses the problem appears to be with the rest of the staff. You can never get an appointment, talk to a gp or nurse your constantly told to phone back the next day and can be queuing on the phone for an hour to be told in most cases phone back they really do appear to have no interest in patients what so ever, even getting prescriptions are a farce . Not good at all
