Absolutely ridiculous booking system, you have to turn up at 07.30am to get any chance of an appointment in open surgery and even then you get massive queues avoid this surgery at all costs! Only thing that makes this place get one star are the staff working here. Appointment delayed by over 20 minutes.

I just wanted to leave a review and say how amazing I think your surgery is. Last week's appointment was my first face to face appointment since joining the surgery and the service from beginning, from making my phone call that morning to end after leaving my appointment was really person centred and focused. Friendly and approachable.

It was not unusual to not get through to the automated message with my last surgery, let alone to the reception desk. With your surgery, I'm never more than third in the queue!

Dr Nia Medi Williams is a phenomenal Dr who made feel listened to and care for. Her approach with patients is wonderful, genuinely caring and thoughtful.

Thank you so much, from someone who wouldn't even go to the Dr if her leg was hanging off 🤣 you made the process really accessible in many ways.

I have been a patient with the surgery for several months and wish to say how grateful I am all the staff for the excellent service I have received.
All staff are kind and courteous and are willing to help for any enquiries I have.

This practice have been looking after my elderly aunt for many years. I am not a patient at Cwmfelin. In recent years my aunt's health has deteriorated and I have found EVERY member of staff at Cwmfelin to be consistently excellent in helping me to manage her health. I cannot praise the staff enough to include the reception staff; HCSWs (Vicky and Julie); Practice Nurses; and particularly the GPs. They have all been extremely helpful, responsive and accessible when needed. Yes, it is sometimes difficult to get through to the surgery by phone, but that is due to the volume of calls and not the staff concerned. I have dealt with many GP practices over the years, and for me, Cwmfelin Practice has been outstanding in looking after my elderly Aunt. Everyone at Cwmfelin Surgery.......Thank you for your ongoing support, professionalism and kindness.

How come routine appts already filled even when I called at 8:05 am in the morning? That’s ridiculous.

This is a great medical centre and all staff are really kind , helpful and respectful , I'm very happy to choose them

The practice manager is absolutely amazing.
Such a lovely woman and ill never forget all that she did for me when I needed it most.
This place went above and beyond for me not just in the medical sense.

Transferred to the surgery 4 years ago. Staff and doctors have been superb. I'm very grateful that they continue to provide excellent care and attention even at these really difficult times. Thank you.
