Stay well away. Doctors try and rush you in and out. Receptionist have disgusting attitude. They have been appalling since the pandemic messing up when people's medication is due, then blame the pharmacy instead. They all work in health and social care but have no care for patients. I specifically went there today to enquire about late tablets to then be told different information again and told I can't have them despite running out days ago. I got frustrated and had a panic attack and they just gave attitude back and made me out to be rude. Special shout out to receptionist Nia Evans that instead of being concerned I was having a panic attack, she called me a liar. 27 years with that doctors and today is the final straw, I will be leaving

My partner phoned up to get hold of her prescription early as she had lost 5 days worth. only to be told be the receptionist that she had better find them as she would not be given enough to catch her up. This is a non narcotic medication that will result in her being hospitalised when she can't get them, I understand if she was looking for medication to use as a drug but this has been prescribed by a doctor and can only be used for the specified purpose. Disgusting how people can be treated by people who are supposed to be there to help.

Read the reviews, they're all true, I've never met such a rude receptionist in all my life, I accompanied my partner to his dr's appointment this morning & I took a throwaway Facemask from the big box which was there with loads of them in- "Wendy" receptionist said help yourself why don't you?? I thought that's why they are there?? Terrible attitude especially when ur there because you are not feeling well anyway!!😒😔

Went in very concerned about my health, doctor didn't take me seriously, he didn't listen. He made assumptions and told me I was "too young" to have any wrong with me after physical tests showed up okay. told me to go home and not to stress.
I sought out a 2nd opinion from a private gp who let me know my symptoms were concerning and I had to rule out anything serious so he referred me to a neurologist.

I guess I'm now on a waiting list but haven't heard back and have to suffer with varying horrific symptoms daily.
This surgery is not compassionate and like other reviews have said, rush you in to rush you out.
If you must go like I did, stand your ground and don't let them belittle you like I did because I wanted to be polite, make sure you get the help you need.

I have only had good experiences at St Peter's. Only been sick once but it was serious. Couldn't do enough for me. Also staff were very helpful with my mother, she has alzheimer's and can be difficult at times.
