They change their processes so much, the receptionists are not updated properly and that means incorrect information given to carers of disabled patients!

The receptionists aren't really bothered that patients aren't updated. When asked why the website doesn't have this updated process, they swerved the question. When asked why the receptionist i spoke last week didnt tell me of this updated processthey couldn't
answer.

I asked to speak to the practice manager and it was the doctors decision. To change the process, nothing to do with the practice manager.

Each time i phone for a paper for my son i have to now declare all his diagnosises, its on his medical record! Surely that should be on patient info, easily to hand in case an ambulance is called from there.

I was told that I need to make an appointment to speak to a doctor in person and to ring at 08:00 the following day, two weeks later I still haven’t been able to make an appointment and the queue is always full and I get cut off, if I eventually get through later in the day all appointments are already taken HOW?, today I even went down to the surgery against all advice and after waiting in a queue for 15mins for a receptionist to appear at the desk I was told to keep trying on the phone and that he couldn’t help me, I HAVE BEEN IN THIS PRACTISE MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE, and it has never been so poor, not only do I not know the names of the doctors in the practice when asked who my doctor is, it has become impossible to arrange any sort of help. Very very angry and disappointed

Rude staff on reception, should not be in the caring field. Locum doctors who are just interested in getting you off the phone and can be very patronising. Gone gone hill drastically in the last 2 years

Can never get through for an appointment, even when you call dead on 8am when they open, lines are always full. I could be trying all morning but never get through then if you finally do somehow get through about 300+ attempts you are rudely told all appointments are full and try again tomorrow.

Almost impossible to get an appointment and feels like you’ve won the lottery if you do, very unreliable.

Lovely staff . Drs nurses and receptionists. Very helpful and always welcoming with a smile.apart from the Scottish receptionist who is an absolute 🐮 has no manners and should not be any part of the care system as it's clearly not in her nature.

Rude reception staff that give conflicting advice. 4 weeks before even getting an appointment for something potentially fatal, assumed telephone diagnosis and being palmed off with antibiotics that following alternative consultation at NPT hospital were advise were not sutiable.

Currently launching a compalint with the health board and ombudsman. Would discourage anyone from using this surgery.
