Can’t order prescriptions over the phone on the prescription number? But can order prescriptions in person without ID? Some people are at work when you’re open.... Bring in ID so I can get set up online to do it, then doesn’t happen as they ‘lost the copy’. Very unhelpful.

Really incompetent and rude staff. Surgery doesn't have the record for medication I am taking from last 6 years, nothing left to say . Doctor arguing and asking me to buy prescription only medication over the counter . Been on 2 pharmacies and they asked for prescription. Requested the staff to speak with pharmacist but they refused. Disgraceful service.

Excellent surgery my husband and myself have had nothing but good treatment. Got same day appointment after speaking to doctor. Referred for X-rays which I had by 9.30am next day. Reception always been polite and helpful. Like the new hold your place in queue system when you call.

Got an appointment within a hour, very friendly nurse and helpful. Been waiting to get reffered to a physio for 2months, she got me a appointment within a hour. Had a x-ray 2 days later and within another 5 days my results and a plan for next steps. Couldn't rate the whole experience highly enough. Thank you for helping me and being so easy to chat too

Repeated requests for repeat prescription via telephone as I could not see it online. Advised via telephone that it was on repeat dispensing with pharmacy by receptionist. Pharmacy on the other hand e-mails me saying they don’t have it. Finally a receptionist agrees to sort it out and put the request through to the emergency doctor.Still waiting and no updates . Can’t see the repeat medication online either for me to order myself.A lot of time being wasted at the end of the telephone listening to recorded call and e- mailing pharmacy etc. just to get a repeat script!!

This practice has gone downhill from being a top class doctors
Have rang them 17 times today and had the same message 'sorry your call cannot be taken'
No wonder A&E is always overflowing
