I done 2 courses at London Medical School and Aesthetics Clinic. Ayda from the admin team was super helpful and efficient.

Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and teaches with passion and continues giving support even after the course if you needed anything. I highly recommend anyone who is planning to get into aesthetics to train with CFMSR.

Attended the phlebotomy training .First of all the teaching was brilliant, easy to understand even the medical terms. Both Simona and Monica very clear verbal spoken, very good practice technique and transmitting the confidence which I needed. The relaxed and calm atmosphere started from the reception and continued in the class room. I had two sessions in two different days and some of as with different backgrounds. Both days was outstanding. Highly recommended. Elena

The staff in centre don’t have kindness and care to people in need.
I walked in the centre to have a fit to fly Antigen test for my parents. Their opening hour is 9-6am Mon-Sunday. I simply walked in with my parents and one year old baby at 11:50am, however, they said the antigen test is available from 12 and we can not wait inside. They didn't allow us to wait for 10 minutes inside no matter what we have a baby and eldery people. We had to go to another centre as my baby couldn't resist heat outside on the street. They should have mentioned about the correct opening hour in the website and on the phone call so that people like me wouldn’t waste time. I even made a call before to confirm the opening hour for the antigen test. I recommend going to another centre, on the left side of this clinic where staff were very kind and generous, and price is not much different.

The staff was not kind and impolite. I would say the one especially with blond hair at the front desk lacks courtesy. She’s rude and even racist.

Booked a PCR test one week ago for my upcoming flight, done it today. Everything was perfect, staff was kind and polite. I paid an extra for a same day service (can't blame them for prices, which are in the average of the other London clinics) and I was told I would receive my results between 5 and 10 pm today. With a big surprise I just received them20 minutes ago, way earlier than the supposed time.

So prices might be expensive for a test like that, but service and the rest was just impeccable.

Recommended.

Do not book a covid test here!
-----------------------------------------------

I booked a PCR test here, which is advertised as "only" £99 and fit-to-fly, meaning you're theoretically assured you're gonna get the results back before your flight... that is probably around 48 hours max (turnover), to meet the requeriments of most destinations asking for a pre-flight PCR.
I had my booking scheduled for 11:15am on a Wednesday, which in theory was more than enough time for me to get my PCR result, before my flight on Friday at midday.

Things feel wrong immediately upon arrival... I was asked to wait in a small reception, with stuffy air/poor ventilation, which certainly didn't feel like a safe place to be waiting for any extended period of time, ahead of taking a flight to see vulnerable relatives.
Also, like 2 minutes after I arrived... a lady showed up visibly upset with the clinic, complaining about poor service. Definitely not a great start.

I was asked to sit and wait for them to call me but as that wasn't happening, after 7 or 8 minutes I had to remind them that I had an appointment booked. I was told by a woman that I would get my results the following day in the afternoon, which was ok, as my flight was scheduled for Friday (2 days later).
Shortly afterwards, same woman suddenly let me know that I was no longer getting my results the next day but two a half days later, on Friday afternoon, well after my flight.

Apparently turnover times are outlined somewhere on the website but it wasn't immediately obvious... in any case it's definitely misleading to label the £99 PCR test as "fit-to-fly", as it would only be so if you book your test for before 11am ...after that time, the slow turnover makes it of no use, as getting the results on 3rd day (evening) won't cut it for most destinations requiring pre-flight PCR (usually 72h max).

I was told that i'd have to pay an extra £30 to have the results back by next day, to which I refused, requesting to cancel the appointment and have my money refunded. They proceeded to do so but confirmed that the clinic would keep £40 as "admin fees"!, for doing absolutely nothing, which felt like a scam to me!

I've been waiting for my refund for a month now, I've even called them a couple of times but to no avail. Still waiting for my money!

I booked the PCR day 2 arrival test with same day result between 5-9PM. Arrived at the place 30 minutes before my appointment, they took me earlier without any issues and the results arrived at around 8 just like they promised. Kind stuff and everything perfect. If I ever need a PCR again I will 100% do it here.

I booked a COVID test for 26th December. The clinic then cancelled my appointment after taking my money (they decided their opening hours were going to change) and refused to give me a refund. Do not book a test here..
