EF MEDISPA St John’s Wood

I went in for a general chat about laser and left with detailed knowledge of the treatments, duration and quick tips. I signed up straight away for 6 sessions and went in for a patch test which was pretty straightforward. My first session with Irina was a great! She was very professional & thorough and made me feel at ease. I cannot wait for my next session in 4 weeks! :-)

EFMedi Spa are extremely professional and caring towards their patients. Two therapists in particular - Irena and Charlotte - helped me treat a skin issue that was particularly troubling me. I’ve walked away happy and very confident in their services. I would recommend them to anyone !

Ive has laser elsewhere before but no where as reliable and efficient at here. Laser isn’t an easy process but my therapist ( Irina) is so great at putting people at ease and defining exactly what is needed. She’s great at assessing what is needed especially if like me you have set ideas and a low pain threadhold! I’ve always felt completely comfortable in her hands and so far the result are amazing! Reception staff are also very sweet!

Can’t recommend this therapist enough! I’ve had laser hair removal and facials with Irina and she is efficient,friendly and has great passion and knowledge on the latest dermatological procedures. Very positive experience with EF medispa’s laser hair removal process. I have really appreciated the clinic’s friendly and helpful efforts in order to make the process easier and more smooth. Used to have an incompetent senior aesthetician. Will not go into details, as other reviews have already talked about the dishonesty of Ef medispa. She irreversibly damaged my skin and facial tissue 3 years ago. However, member of staff now has left the place and moved to Aesthetics Lab, so I am changing the rating from 1 to 3 stars, as efmedispa seems to have recognised the issue

Victoria COOPER at Medispa/ I did everything to resolve my stomach condition from every diet with their immediate promises to every type of therapist, without success Finally I was introduced to Victoria Cooper, and to be honest I approached it with little faith. However, after a regression therapy session in Medispa with Victoria Cooper everything changed. Working with Victoria, I discovered the root cause of my condition and working with her therapies my symptoms all disappeared. She is the most talented, considered and open minded therapist, not only in her outlook but also her approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her Colonic Hydrotherapy but also her regression therapies too. She is fantastic.
