Over the psst few years I have regularly had both Botox and filler injections in various areas of my face. This has helped to maintain a fresh look that doesn't look 'done. Andrew, being a dentist has a wealth of knowledge on the anatomy of the face and the changes that occur with age. There is no hard sell, if something is not right for you he will explain why. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

I was in need for a replacement filling as mine fell out.

I called this dental surgery whom said that they were full, but when I explained that my filling had fallen out she said she would call me back and see when she could do.

I was really appreciative and said how lovely she was.

Oh how this changed when she called me back,
She said I could have an appointment at 12, I queried the price and she said I had to pay extra as it was an emergency appointment. I questioned this and she said it’s because I’m in lots of pain, I never once mentioned about pain. So in my view she was putting words in my mouth to charge me extra.

She bluntly said, “DO YOU WANT THE APPOINTMENT OR NOT?!.
I apologised and explained that I had not been to the dentist in a while and just wanted to know the cost, so I know how much to take. (I feel this is only reasonable).

She was rude then just said “IM REALLY BUSY”

I said No, not if you are going to be like that! I then put the phone down as I was close to tears. I did nothing wrong, as a patient who hates the dentist so is worried about going especially for a filling. I’m disgusted in how I was treated!

I would never even consider visiting this Dentist!

I APPRECIATE THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO APOLOGISE, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND YOU ARE A BUSY, BUT I WILL ADD ONCE AGAIN AT NO POINT DID I STATE THAT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY OR THAT I WAS IN PAIN. IN FACT I SAID AN APPOINTMENT ANYTIME NEXT WEEK WOULD BE GREAT. I JUST SAID I NEEDED A FILLING AS MINE HAD FALLEN OUT AND NOWHERE SEEMS TO BE TAKING ON NEW PATIENTS, SO I WAS CONCERNED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO PRIVATE.
HENCE WHY I QUERIED THE PRICE.
Not to worry now I have an appointment elsewhere with prices confirmed, hassle free.

5 star treatment always! Andrew has so much experience and knowledge it makes me feel super comfortable. I will always come to Andrew for any of my ageing concerns!

Andrew is fantastic at his job! This is a great practice with great staff, everyone is friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Andrew for any dental services, he listens to your problems and suggest treatments that work. Thank you all for the great services.

I've been coming to greenwood dental surgery for as long as I can remember. Over 20 yrs. Originally having Dr Andrew and now Dr luke.
I would not go anywhere else. I have a massive fear of the dentist but I come regular as I can, 3 monthly. I am always put at ease and know that all the advice and treatments recommended are for my own good. Today I had to have a tooth removed. I was a bit of an emotional wreck. I never feel any pain and am relieved once I've been to yet another appointment. I cannot thank and recommend this practice enough for all their help and advice.
