As a bloke it can be quite daunting to come to a place like this however I have to say I met Dr Khizzer and he is honestly one of the most approachable doctors you can speak to I had a course of skin tightening and ultrasound and it made a really good improvement I look like myself but a better version I don’t really look different just younger and more improved

I could really recommend the clinic at Medi spa because they really care and they’re a really good bunch of honest doctors who really wanna just improve peoples lives

Amazing establishment, exceptional treatments, service and lovely staff. Doctor Nyla is thorough, and honest with her recommendations and treatment options, not pushy at all , very very honest though tailored specifically to your skin and price budget. Not only Doctor Nyla but the rest of the team will always go above and beyond .

Went to Dr Nyla for the first first time as was very nervous to have someone enhance my face, they reassured me and made me feel so comfortable and the end result is better than I hoped for! The team are very sweet and knowledgable. Thank you for looking after me! Can’t recommend them enough! They give you really honest feedback and don’t ever pressurise you into having anything done with lots of time to consider all the options will want to do more treatments when my schedule allows!

I had a pretty traumatising experience Dr Nyla’s clinic in Liverpool. They refuse to give prices over the phone, so I went in for a consultation hoping to spend around £500 on a laser treatment. Hours later by the time I walked out, in tears, they’d coerced me into spending over £5000 on multiple treatments that I apparently “needed”. It was like a boiler room where they apply sales pressure at every stage - including when I was already in the chair in the middle of the treatment where Dr Nyla told me this treatment alone won’t have results (would have been nice to know that before starting) so I’d need to add 2 more. One of the treatments they assured me would not be painful, but it was the most agonising thing I’ve had in my life - like hot burns and electrical zapps. I guess I’d have gotten over the trauma and cost eventually if I’d seen results, but unfortunately the loose skin on my neck looks no different. It’s disappointing to have been pushed into spending 10 times the amount of budgeted, for treatments I had no intention of getting, to see zero results. I did write a review here shortly after it happened as I was so shocked by their aggressive upsell approach but they managed to delete it somehow. I do wonder how many other negative reviews they have managed to remove to inflate their average star score here.

Fabulous staff, amazing treatment, doctor Nyla very helpful knowledgeable and catered to my needs and concerns, would highly recommend.

Recently had the ultra cell treatment at the Medispa group I had one in the Liverpool clinic and one in the Mayfair clinic and I have to say I’ve had a fantastic result.

The lady who did my treatment was extremely efficient she was a nurse and in Mayfair Dr Vadim did my treatment he also was very good had a fantastic bedside manner and was really caring about my concerns.

I have to say over the 40 years I have been to very many cosmetic clinics however this clinic run by Dr. Nyla Has to be one of the best medical clinics I have ever been to mainly because they have an outstanding reputation, are extremely trustworthy but also They understand you r concerns and give you the best experience I’ll take that Customer Service extremely seriously.

It is also extremely interesting That since I am going to be relocating and may not be able to attend the Medispa clinic I have made some inquiries locally and every clinic is absolutely intrigued I’m very competitive towards the Medispa group particularly asking me on how they have found that experience it is with this hindsight and the fact that they are so highly sort of I have decided to make the 3 1/2 our journey are going to have my annual top up with only the Medi spa group. My friend has recently had Botox and fillers from the Medispa in Cheshire with Dr. Nyla herself and she is absolutely ecstatic, in fact six months later she said her Botox is still very strong and her fillers look so natural !
