Aqua Bar & Grill - Bromley

Great food, good service...although our starters took ages, but they gave us a round of drinks on the house, so all good.

My partner booked this" restaurant " thinking it was good having looked at the pictures
It is clean , but way overpriced for mediocre meals, I had the evening special 2 courses for £18.00 or so I thought.
Ordered soup and sirloin steak, soup was supposed to have come with baguette, I received two pieces of thin hard whatever it was, steak came next with " chips " the steak looked like it had been pulled and stretched to make it look bigger and I'm sure they'd gone to McDonalds to get their chops, fries or whatever you call them there was nothing else, just one steak and McDonalds fries, on leaving I had to get something else to eat as I was still hungry.
On coming to pay the bill I saw it was £20.25,they sneak a service charge in, I don't know about you but I prefer to give a tip myself, the service I received didn't warrant one, nor did the meal warrant the extortionate price they charge, only go if you want to waste money compare this to when I went to wetherspoons the next night and Ordered their gourmet steak.
This came to £10.70 and for that I got a thick juicy steak, proper chips, mushroom, tomato peas two ramekins of their lovely peppercorn sauce a fried egg and a pint of lemonade and lime plus no service charge after which I was pleasantly full for half the price.
My advice ignore the nay sayers of wetherspoons and eat there pictured is the wetherspoons meal 😋

I can't thank staff enough. After having a horrible experience next door I walked in at 8:50 pm and asked if they could accommodate 16 people, two with celiac needs. Inside was full but they accommodate us all outside in a minute. They were fantastic with everyone and very knowledgeable of their menu and allergies. The food was just fabulous as always. The staff so professional and friendly. They didn't rush us out either although it was late.
It is the night before my wedding and I had people coming from everywhere in England, Spain, Canada and Dubai so was a bit chaotic. They all loved their food and drinks. You made our evening go from disaster to success and we are truly thankful. We will book in advance next time I promise! Thank you so much

Nice lunch menu. Pictures are of the Pork belly confit and Brownie. At times we were waiting and had to find someone, even though it wasn't that busy however the staff were very friendly and the food once ordered didn't take long to arrive and was delicious. The decor is very modern and well designed.

Vrey nice place, the staff were lovely and friendly and the food was amazing.

Fabulous restaurant: lovely food, great cocktails, and attentive staff. We really enjoyed our dining experience here and will definitely return when we’re in Bromley again.

It was my first time at Aqua today, and I have to say that I was impressed.
My friends and I were running late and they were kind enough to move our booking.
The service was great, and the food was good too. I enjoyed the cocktails. The chunky chips are awesome, big and well fried, with the insides very soft and buttery.
All in all, a very good first experience

Staying in near by hotel ate here on August Bank Holiday Monday, we were with friends and we all had a good meal served by a friendly waiter, we got there at 7.30 and it was already very busy. If in the area again will definitely return
