Am very grateful to the entire team for help n suport provided to me. They r Truely compassionate dedicated. The one to one CBT therapy session is 1 of the best. DBT has also gradually help me become more aware, unfortunately could not finish all modules. But am looking forward for the DBT new intakes.

They Try their Best, Mental health problems are not always easy to deal with.

I've been going here a few times, each visit the same exact same questions and never really ask about appearances, they change my meds to a very low dose causing a huge episode and emergency attention from my social worker, they said they would see me a month after the new meds this was in March, June came and nothing so now I've been off work all this time. August saw their own duty social worker who had not a clue, and stated would get an emergency outpatient appointment, my own SW called to find out was told end of Aug. Just received a call on Tues saying its September.. Terrible hope I can transfer somewhere else.

2 weeks and no reply from psych. male receptionist is beyond horrible and should not be employed to work with mentally ill patients. im to scared for my own wellbeing to go back there.

What an absolute joke. From my first assessment and the receptionist failing to let people know I was there for my appointment, 30 minutes past my appointment time the lady I needed to see luckily walked past. Then my appointment to see the clinician being booked for March 2020, for it to be re-booked every month until July 2020, then get a voicemail telling me it had now been re-booked for October 2020, I kid you not. This has put me right off seeking help as it has caused me much more harm than good. My advice is to stay well away.

I'm reviewing you to say how happy and impressed i am with your psychologist floating between Feltham and Hounslow RTE Dr Jo Lodge. She is very efficient and effective teaching CBT. I have attended the phycology one to one sessions over many months. I am very pleased and satisfied with the help and coping techniques with what i have been taught. On a whole i am delighted within the way my treatment has come along. I still get down days but are managing to cope a bit better with mindfulness and Breathing and Relaxation.
I must say a massive Thank You to you headquarters Receptionists and the staff.

Toxic service bordering on negligent. When will this service learn that their conduct is harming service users?

Terrible, in 6months no help and on 2 occasions I left feeling worthless and that life was not worth living. Needs to be investigated
