Absolutely rubbish service! Sales team is unprofessional, service team I even worse . I have never seen a respected dealer that would have such poor service . I called in to buy a brand new sprinter paying the whole sum at once called in was told the representative is busy and will call me back ... never called me back so I made the purchase from another dealer that gave me a better price and 100% better service . When doing repairs with them I couldn’t complain enough ... you have to wait weeks and call them at least 10 times before someone pays you any attention ... last time I needed service on the van I had to make an official complaint to the manager in order for my issue to be sorted and you would think the second time it will be better but nooo same issue again , I basically have to call them every day to try and get my issue sorted , the person I need to speak with is always busy and will call me back ... so no one calls me back and I have to call back again and again and I never reach the person that they say knows what the he is going on with th repair and god forbid he actually isn’t busy and answers the phone the reply would be let me check and will call back and guess what ... no one calls back . Problem is they are the nearest dealer to me otherwise I would have stopped going there long time ago ...

They was very good and the staff were very polite they phoned me as soon as my vehicle ready to be picked up the only disappointing thing was they did not have the necessary part to repair and finish off my vehicle so now it has to go back at later date

I bought my dream car from a "hunter car", everything was ok except the window on the driver's side which either closed hard or opened instead of closing. they said that if there would be a problem, it would be to contact me. So I drove a bit and the problem did not go away once, I only got tips on how to reset the windshield so that the problem disappeared. but the problem is still there so I called them someone answered and asked what the problem was, so I said and told me to call me when I was at the mechanic's, he would talk to him when I called, he said that another person was doing it and that he would call me today. of course, I didn't get to the phone number. If you buy a car, then if it's a problem, they avoid contacting me. so I don't have good memories with this company unfortunately ...

5* service from James and the team on the A service and MOT on our Sprinter based Hymer motorhome.
I would 100% recommend and will be back next year.

Handbrake and various recall jobs needed doing. Waited a fair time for the vehicle to be started on. Eventually sorted and after 6 cups of tasty free coffee the trip home was less tiring.

David Ford(Gloucester branch) & Dean Flockton (Westbury branch) were very helpful. I was having issues with my Van, they both listened and tried to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Dean kept me kept updated. I will definitely recommend them.
