I have booked in a Vito Tourer as a engine management light was on and paid £140+vat. They said no fault was found. They have reset it so the light was gone but after driving few hours the light was back on. I called them to report it they said I have to pay another £140+vat to look at it. I don't know what kind of technicians they have. poor service. Will go elsewhere in the future.

The garage is very busy but they are willing to accommodate on short notice too. Many thanks to the service department.

Sadly first visit and the lady at reception was mocking customers and most unhelpful didn't seem interested in helping anyone that walked in the door such a shame as for a first visit I now know to never buy a Mercedes if this is how they treat there customers.

Can be slow, can be very expensive, seem under staffed

I was asked to book in van for an MOT between the hours of 07:00 hrs and 09:00hrs.
I booked in 08:00 hrs and never got back my van until 17:00 hrs that afternoon.
