Bodega Cantina | Worcester

Usually love Bodega but felt so disappointed tonight. I always go for the fish tacos and my partner wanted those too, so we decided to go for the taco platter. After asking if we were ready to order three times and saying that we weren't ready we decided on our order and were then told that there were no tacos available at all. No tacos. At a Mexican restaurant. We were given more time to choose different dishes and the waiter came back. My partner ordered and was then told his second choice wasn't available. I felt fed up at this point. It's like they didn't have any food for a Saturday night. My partner was patient and ordered a different option and when they came, the mains were nice enough. We fancied a dessert after and had to ask for the menu twice. I asked for the key lime pie and the waiter said he would check if it was still available....?! Unsurprisingly, he came back to say that it wasn't available. We just asked for the bill then. I'm a big fan of bodega and never had a bad experience before but tonight just left me frustrated and flat.

Brilliant Friday night out with friends. Amazing food and superb cocktails, great atmosphere and great service!!(Martin was brilliant and so helpful with both food & drink recommendations). Couldn't fault a thing. Will definitely be back soon!!

Nice place, great happy hour! 12 til 7 then 9.30 til close, cocktails 2 for 10 quid can't go wrong. Only had drinks tho not tried food, but smells great!

Had a family meal at Bodega Cantina Worcester and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The food and cocktails were delicious and since the re-opening, I'd the portion sizes are much better than they used to be. What made our experience so lovely was the fabulous staff. They were all so kind and friendly. We wanted to adjust the spice level of a particular dish and the staff member was very helpful in doing so. The gentleman who appeared to be the manager was polite, kind and helpful with a particular query we had. All in all, we had a great time and I couldn't recommend visiting enough.

Cocktails are really good and one of the best happy hours in Worcester. Vegan menu is nice with delicious nachos but they were definitely a smaller portion than previously!

And.. sadly they closed again.

They are back! We visited for the Acorn charity evening and experienced an excellent meal and the best Margaritas (other than mine). Great service, we will be back!

And indeed we went back! Trued quesqadillas and sides, all great as were the 🍹!
Ps. Getting more difficult to get a walk in table, so booking is recommended.

Very quick and attentive staff. The cocktails were excellent and there was a great range. The atmosphere was friendly and fun. We had the House Nachos for 4 - although this could have been a bit bigger, needed extra cheese and it would have been perfect if there was an option to have the toppings in ramakins. For main, we had 3 different burritos (chicken/peppers/beef) and a quesadilla. These were very tasty, freshly made, great portion sizes and reasonably priced! Will happily come back again.

This place is fantastic. Good was wonderful, great choices and well priced. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend the nachos, I guarantee the best you'd have tasted!
