Poor, bad food. Nachos with a bit of salsa and guacamole from a packet and charged £5 for the privilege. Rip off Britain right before your eyes. Save yourself the sadness and go to m and s behind and buy yourself a bag, which is cheaper and tastier.

Disappointed they have decided to add self service ordering. Slows things down and means we can't ask for the right amount of certain fillings to meet our taste preferences.

Will now reconsider stopping here as our go-to meal on the way home on the m40.

The screen menu wasn't very clear on how many toppings you could add from which section so everyone took ages to order. Probably didn't matter though as there wasn't much taste. It all looked and tasted like baby food. Couldn't distinguish tastes and I don't have covid lol. The sweet potato chips were lovely though and the bottleddrink was okay.

Disgusting burrito and inedible churros, spent £40 for 2 meals and sharing plate of churros. Staff clearly didnt want to be there, got told they were out of rice, food was disgusting and cold, the churros so hard they were inedible, not to mention the horribble hard chocolate sauce that came with them. A horrible experience overall. Should've gotten money back, more than half of the food went into the bin. Avoid avoid avoid

Bought 3 packs of churros today and i am very dissapointed. The churros was so hard and overcooked and so difficult to chew… definitely not going to order again…

Absolutely awful! The iPad kept crashing but eventually took my payment. The staff, who are incredibly rude, said it hadn’t gone through so wouldn’t give me my food. The manager said to provide proof of payment and I’d get a refund, twice I’ve provided screen shots & my bank have confirmed that the payment was taken but el mexicana are still saying it didn’t & refusing my refund!

Awful experience and disgusting food. We ordered quesadillas which were cold, soggy undercooked tortillas with a tiny amount of insipid, luke warm chicken and very little seasoning. I didn't even get through my first bite before returning the 'food' for a refund. Eat somewhere else.

Worst experience here this evening, my burrito had bits of hard dried rice inside, when I’d got half way through picking out the rice I could no longer enjoy the food and so went to tell the member of staff who served me, he was so rude, he did not care, he said i should have come told him earlier. I said I was not even asking for a refund just to let him know some of the rice was hard, he proceeded to show me some fresh rice that he’d just used to replace the rice insinuating I was lying.. I told him you know full well that’s not the rice you used for me and I left the half uneaten burrito on the counter and asked to speak to a manager about his attitude, he lied and said he was the manager, later admitting he wasn’t and when I asked for his name he said it so fast I could catch what it was and he walked off laughing shaking his head not a care whatsoever.. The most disgusting experience I’ve ever had purchasing food in my life and I would never ever recommend to eat here and to think I wasn’t even asking for a refund!?! Such a disgraceful response to a simple and more than reasonable and fair complaint…. Unbelievable.
