Deanland Wood Park

What a lovely, well appointed park home site! A shop, bar with pool table and live music and comedy, social club, snooker hall, bowles club, swimming pool and great grounds. Yes, the bar prices are not the cheapest but they need to afford to run it, they make an effort to get people in and they serve ok food from a varied menu.

Beautiful peaceful place to live or. Visit your loved ones. Has lovely food in the restaurant and bar with entertainment..Sunday dinners are the best..swimming pool,shop bowling..lovely walks and duck ponds.my mother loves living there.

Just a great day. Centre court experience was amazing.

The park, under the new owners, is going down hill very quickly. If you are tempted to buy look elsewhere- they are running the place into the ground

My parents checked out 35 PARK HOMES, but choose Deanlands due to its own.

Swimming Pool- NEVER REOPEN AFTER COVID - shocking laziness and care of residents

Inn/Tavern - NOW SHUT after being deliberately run into a loss making business

Shop/Post Office- sadly dwindling

My Father so unhappy and regrettably needs to move at 87 years of age - when this should have been his last move!!!!!!

No care of the old or customer

I have never seen my father-in-law so unhappy. The pub - closed, swimming pool - closed. What next, the shop, the bowling gree ????

Lovely quiet place, a few mardy old trumps but you would expect that of a place with so many oaps. Its lost a star because they recently closed down the pool that a lot of residents used whatever the weather with no issues!
