Wests Motorhome Hire, Sales, Service and Repair

Had a great time on our trip to Scotland in a Wests Motorhome - our first motorhome experience. Wests were nice to deal with, the van was pretty new, well equipped and very clean. Security deposit was refunded promptly after returning van in good order. Would recommend.

This was my first time hiring a minibus from West’s and I can say wholeheartedly that I will not go anywhere else to hire vehicles in future. Very welcoming and helpful people who were extremely supportive from day 1 to day 7. Adding to the great hospitality their fleet of vehicles are immaculate. I was very impressed with the minibus we hired. The bus was extremely comfortable and easy to drive. It made our journey to Cornwall enjoyable.

Honestly I can not fault these guys at all! I would recommend them to anyone.

There is a-lot of paperwork involved in renting vehicles these days; Being organised clear & efficient is really key to things going smoothly. I’m happy to say Wests do all of this. They are friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Rented for a festival, offered the opportunity to clean the motorhome on return. Advised an extra gas bottle which was refundable as we didn’t need it. Paid our deposit back promptly & the motorhome was all we needed including the walk around & explanation of workings. We would definitely recommend & be returning customers ourselves

The staff was very helpful and friendly, being my first time hiring a motorhome the staff went through everything with me to make sure I was happy before leaving.

The whole experience of hiring a motorhome from Wests was straightforward. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we collected the vehicle it was cleaned to a high standard and sorting out the paperwork took no time at all.
We had a fantastic week touring around Suffolk and would certainly recommend Wests to our friends.

There is a lot of paperwork to complete and it does feel a bit confusing but the staff were so friendly and helpful when I had any questions. The motorhome was cleaned to a high standard and in excellent condition. The staff gave us a fantastic and thorough brief when we arrived.

Although West’s rent out amazing new vans of a very high quality, it’s worth knowing they also do motorhome repairs of any age. I have had a number of major pieces of work on my 20 year old motorhome done by the team.

Everything from a new radiator, brakes, new solar panel and making safe after a very thorough habitation check. The work is first class, the team are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and keep you up to date at all times.

All in all, I will never use anywhere else and I’m confident in making the right decisions and keeping my old van going, as I have a helpful team of experts to call on. If you’re around the Essex area and need some help with your campervan or Motorhome, this really is the team to use. A massive thanks from me for all their expertise, professionalism and hard work.
