Excellent and prompt service; had my iPhone 4 mobile screen replaced for a very reasonable price and my old phone unlocked. In the last year this was the 3rd place I took the small phone to be unlocked. The others gave up after an hour or so but the gentleman who sorted this all out for me, at Phone Box Malpas, was very determined to do it and where there is a will there's a way and he found it! Thank you for an excellent service!!

Fantastic service & friendly staff. I've used the Phone Box on a number of occasions during the years due to my clumsy nature when I've had a few drinks & tendency from dropping my phone! I have always found the service to be spot on, often the repair is completed within an hour (I tend to pop into the cafe across the road for a cuppa) but they always give me an honest estimate on how long it will take as it sometimes depends on how busy they are, understandably. The staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work Ricky and the team!!

Absolutely thrilled with this place - took my dead iPhone 7 in with a charging and power source problem, after Apple said there was nothing anyone could do, and they repaired it completely - kept me updated and returned it to me fully charged, working perfectly. Couldn't be happier with The Phone Box! They also charged me nothing for this at all - brilliant, brilliant place!

iPhone X ear piece replacement, service was fast and professional, made sure I was happy before taking payment, price was also reasonably cheap. He followed COVID safety guidelines by disinfecting the phone and keeping social distancing rules. Highly recommend.

They repaired my phone, which is really what I was after. However, they lost my phone case! I had to buy another one. They offered a replacement, which is great and all, but it's nowhere near the nice one I had. Plus, they acted as though I was scamming them out of a boring brown phone case. Not too happy about that part. Please be careful. Do not give them your phone case - and if you do, make sure nothing important is in it.

They offered same-day repair, which is a benefit.

If your company ever finds my phone case, please let me know.

Several companies said they couldn't fix my phone or they would have to send it away for a few weeks. But this company fixed my phone in a matter of hours as they had the parts in the store.Thanks so much for doing a great job!

IPhone X pretty smashed up screen front and back plus bent in shape. Amazing service and new screen, all fixed and best price. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks again
