Went in for a screen repair initially looked ok, although a notification stating “this screen is not an official product” popped up on switch on. The screen started flickering after about a week, then to complete shut down a week or so later. Went in for re repair and was told it was my fault and the phone must have been dropped. This was not true, tried charging me for a new screen.Took the phone to a more reputable store for repair, whilst under the hood they told me that non essential components had been removed and it was clear that my Face ID module had been replaced for a knock off version which now had “weird” markings on it. Shop here at your peril

If you read the review before trying to reply and push away the negative reviews. you will see that I did contact you. When I bought the phone back into the shop for repair, where you subsequently tried to charge me again, for another not up to standard screen repair. That is why I took the phone elsewhere and wrote this review.

Really bad service, non OEM products used in a repair that lasted about as long as my journey home. Will not be going back. When trying to complain about the service you get the typical lines, there must be water damage, you must've dropped it etc. Phone finally fixed elsewhere to a much better standard and cheaper. Very shady company do not shop here

Purchased a pair of earphones charged them up went to pair with my phone wouldn't pair the earphones wouldn't work went back didn't want to give me a refund wanted to give me another pair of earphones Apple Airpods as there wouldn't be no good as I don't have a Apple device they made me uncomfortable my best friend made sure I got my refund back. Never shop there again you may never get your refund back. Not happy at all.
