Recommended to me via a family member and probably one of the most worth while recommends I've ever received.
Mark and the team couldn't have been more helpful. I was a first time buyer and purchasing by myself, so was completely unsure of the entire process.
Mark clearly explained everything to me and how much money I could save on my monthly repayments with him as he is licensed to view the entire market, this proved a significantly less sum than my bank. He also recommended a local solicitor who proved to be fundamental in completing the process, again without HCM this wouldn't have happened.

Mark, the team and Becki who I did most of my dealings with were superb and made quite a daunting experience by myself a cake walk with their expertise and advice. Even when it came to negotiating a price on the house. I shall be recommending then to any friend purchasing or renewing a mortgage after my blissful experience.

I have contacted a few mortgage advisors before buying my house, as my previous experiences with mortgage advisors were not great. When I first walked into HCM’s office it gave me a feeling of security and reassurance and I was definitely right about it. Becki who was my mortgage advisor talked me through the whole process and explained to me about all the fees and all the steps I need to take. The entire process of buying a house was hassle and stress free and went exactly as they said it will. Every time I walked into their office I felt welcomed and they made time for me (even if I came unannounced). From start to finish the whole service with HCM was amazingly straightforward, clear and hassle free! Not only were they happy to help along every step, they were also always just at the end of the phone. It is incredible how responsive they were even during a global pandemic! Our situation changed a few times and faced a few challenges but they were always there to give us guidance.

We have now used home and commercial for about 7 years. I would not go anywhere else. They are alway very responsive, which is really important to me when dealing with a new or remortgage. Great value for money. You don’t have to worry about contacting them when you mortgage is up for renewal, as they will contact you way before.

Mark and his team were excellent, from the very start they were always available to reply to emails or at the end of the phone (and there were a lot!). I cannot thank them enough, we wouldn’t be in our property if it wasn’t for them. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too much bother - they were always there to help.
