What can we say about C L Mortgages? My parents advised me against a mortgage adviser on our first mortgage, bit C L mortgages have me converted. Clare, Charlie and the rest of the team offer an amazing service that I dont believe could be rivalled. We have bought 2 houses with their support and remortgaged once aswell. They hold your hand through the purchase and offer not only brilliant mortgage advice, but above and beyond. I have recommended C L mortgages to 2 of our friends who have both used her service. Their customer service speaks for itself really, and I will never do a mortgage application without them. Whether you love locally or further afield, I think you should use Clare and her team.

Fantastic service from CL Mortgages once again.

This is the 2nd time I've used CL Mortgages for a house purchase and would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

The team at CL mortgages provide an outstanding service. There were many occasions during our house purchase when we thought it would fall through, however the team at CL mortgages did their utmost to ensure this wouldn’t happen. Couldn’t recommend C L Mortgages enough! The team are brilliant. Matt was our advisor and he was excellent. He was extremely patient with all my (many as a first time buyer!) queries and always responded to me very promptly, going above and beyond with his help and advice. At the time of application Matt was on holiday and Clare helped us instead. She was also incredible, talking the process through with both me and my partner on 2 long calls of about 50 mins each! Clare also went the extra mile explaining the mortgage offer in detail and answering questions I didn’t know I need answered. The process is stressful but C L Mortgages helped reduce this stress massively. Thanks also to Charlie and Olivia who we spoke to a couple of times along the way - it is so lovely to speak to such friendly helpful faces at such a stressful time. I would highly recommend!!
