I definitely recommend going ahead with TSK mortgages. Kanna was excellent and had a huge amount of knowledge of the entire buying process. He was able to secure a mortgage very quickly and sent off all mortgage applications as soon as all forms and documents were made available. He was always willing to pick up the phone and talk through any issues. His communications skills were great when it came to discussing next steps, which was particularly useful for me as a first time buyer.

If there was any way to give more than a 5 star review, I would in a heartbeat. Kanna is a miracle worker! We had a complicated situation-- both my husband and I are not UK citizens, I have a foreign income, and he is on a commission-based salary. Phew! We met with a different broker prior to meeting Kanna who told us we wouldn't be able to get a mortgage until we lived in England for minimum 5 years and had Indefinite Leave to Remain status. We came to Kanna as a last ditch effort to see if there was any other options, and he worked his magic! He put in hours working with us before charging us for his time, and was even calling banks on the very first meeting to see what our options were. He was able to find a bank that WOULD give us a mortgage, and boom, we had a mortgage approved within TWO days of submitting our application. Kanna helped us the whole way through, not just with securing a mortgage, but with any advice he had to offer on the area and the houses we were viewing. He is an absolute JOY of a person-- easy to talk to, explains everything in a really clear manner, and will do everything within his power to help his clients secure a mortgage and buy a home. Truly, could not recommend Kanna enough to anyone who is looking for a broker who will go to bat for them and come up with creative solutions to help them hop on the property ladder.
