I’ve been using Jon for years and would never use anyone else. His manor and approach from start to finish is spectacular. He’s so approachable and always finds us the best solution. He acts with honesty and provides a great service. Thank-you again Jon :)

We were both first time buyers and he made the whole process less daunting and was with us every step of the way. Could not list a single fault. Tony explained the whole process to us and was more than happy to explain anything we weren’t completely sure of and with that he made every step so easy to understand. 10/10 service and would highly recommend. Would definitely come back to the mortgage place if we decide to purchase another property in the future.

We also worked with Sophie who helped us deal with all the insurance side of things. Again Sophie very clearly explained what we needed and at what stage we needed certain insurance.

So glad we found The Mortgage Place. Alan was there to answer all the questions we had and was so supportive and informative. It’s our first mortgage and we could not have navigated the system without them. John at the mortgage couldn't be more hopeful, he understood our needs, was polite, professional and nothing was to much trouble. More than anything he was very patient with us as it took us a while to finalise our remortgage.
