First Mortgage

First Mortgage have been fantastic, guiding us through the whole house purchase experience and always being available to talk through anything. We started out with Jan as our main contact, Chris was then in touch throughout the process & Rebekah also communicated with us. All three of them were great but we had most contact with Jan and she was absolutely wonderful. We always felt we could reach out to her for either advice or an update on the process. First Mortgage found us a fantastic mortgage which for a first time buyer is really great news! We will be reccommending them to everyone we know.

Steven Brogan and Scott Parry provided excellent, helpful and really efficient service. After a quick but detailed phone call and a couple of emails, everything was secured. Due to rising interest rates, they also got in touch with me earlier than expected to help ensure I got the best deal possible as my previous fixed term came to an end. This is the third occasion I've used First Mortgage and would thoroughly recommend them.

We were very satisfied with service we received from First Mortgage on our recent remortgage.

We wanted a quick turnaround to avoid any further rate increases and the whole remortgage was sorted within a few days of initial contact and was very much stress free.

A fantastic service by both Damian and Patrick with their help and attention to all aspects of our move to a new family home. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were always in contact keeping us up to date with all parts of the move. Lucky for us they found us a fantastic mortgage deal in the current climate. Not only mortgage though. They helped us sort out our life insurance also. Absolutely no complaints with their service and if ever required in the future they would be our first point of contact.

We used First Mortgage originally to secure our first mortgage (it's in the name) and were so happy we decided to use them again to secure our new deal as our fixed term came to an end.

Graeme in particular helped us frequently, mostly over the phone, finding out what we wanted in a mortgage, listening to our concerns, and setting out the options we had. This was just before the mini budget and things were already moving quickly, but Graeme navigated all of this and got an application in for an offer which would almost certainly have been gone the next day. He was also very helpful in looking at various protection options we could take.

Rebekah also helped us by email, keeping us up to date on our application and things like our valuation.

Overall, very happy with how easy First Mortgage made everything and with how helpful Graeme and Rebekah were.
