Nice small mosque but shoes are always if you go in from side entrance. I only go this way because I use an electric wheelchair. Front entrance is not accessible at all because there are two doorways there and shoes in the way. There need to be rules and most importantly more accessible because it's the law.

Sunni Hanafi Mosque located in the Evington Valley/Crown Hills area of Leicester. It is flanked by Pak Foods on one side and Taiba Lounge and Fun Valley on the other. Parking therefore in what is a residential area can be problematic. For locals it’s not an issue and is a brisk walk for many regular worshippers. The ablution facilities are okay as are the toilets. Upstairs is a small space for ladies to use. Mosque comprises of three halls and are fully utilised on Fridays for Juma. They run a madrasa but never appears to be that busy. Other than prayers, activities are limited to Urdu. No regular activities for the English speaking, Leicester born youth which is disappointing. They have ran a campaign for several years to improve the facilities but nothing to date has happened. they have a facility for a blind Muslim brother to leave his guide dog which is a nice touch. The Iftaar provision in Ramadan is legendary and hundreds attend daily to break the fast with Biryani !!

One of the best place to relax your mind!!! The best place to get free of anxiety and depression if someone visits regularly!!! I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to the admin who keep it clean and tidy!!!!!
