Camper UK

Cannot praise the staff at Camper UK, in particular Mick Johnston, the After Sales Manager. Whilst we bought our motorhome from Brownhill (Camper UK were unable to get the model we wanted) they were unable to deal with faults that occurred as their workshop cannot cope with the amount of after sales problems etc. Mick Johnston, very kindly, has taken over any warranty issues on our van. We had a major one with a recall on Fiat's engine earlier on in the year where we were advised to not even drive the van. There were huge waits everywhere as there was a nationwide and European shortage of the parts.
Mick Johnston managed to resolve the problem for us. Have now just been and collected our van as there were a couple of other issues. All sorted, staff lovely and friendly - cannot fault them.

Popped in for annual habitation check along with a few extra jobs. Spot on organisation as always, big 'thank you' to the Service Desk ladies and the technicians in the workshops.

Absolutely 1st class service for Doug Hurrell . Doug went above and beyond, we cant thank him enough. Gary was also fabulous, such a friendly team. Highly recommended.

Camper UK have a big selection of vehicles, new and used, all kept under cover. Very good price for trade in, knowledgeable, thorough handover and 12 month RAC guarantee. Own motorhome site to try out new moho an excellent idea. Highly recommend.

Our motorhome was experiencing unexplainable problems with it’s locking system,lights,windscreen washers and wipers.We had been to two garages that wrongly diagnosed the problems, following a conversation with Fiat Customer Services we booked the van into Camper UK in Lincoln.Our issue was found to be a rodent infestation,this was cleared and the the damaged wiring repaired. We hope to continue travelling with the van and will be forever grateful for their professionalism in both the finding and correcting of our unusual but drastic problem.
