They have got plenty of vans and if you can't find what you need they'll try to find it for you. But that is not free of charge. I asked about a van they had in Glasgow. The delivery charge they apply to get it to Dartford branch is £400 +vat.

We bought a 2016 van, only to find out on delivery it was an ex-builders van with a serious oil leak. It would need the engine taken out to repair. We returned the van, thankfully they offer a 5 day money back guarantee. On return we were questioned why we weren't happy with the fact it was an ex-builders van and told it didn't leak oil when it was at the depot. No apology or offer to source another vehicle. It then took over 10days to refund the vehicle, causing me hours of hassle trying to sort it out between Van Monster and the finance company. We were made to feel like the ones in the wrong for returning the van? Whereas they had supplied a faulty vehicle.

Good service but prices are higher compared to other providers. Depends on how far you want to travel for your van I guess.

Do not use this company they are a joke. Brought a van from them had it six week and now it's in the garage waiting to be fix and there can't tell me when it's going to be ready or give a replacement vehicle.
