Brought a van off these drove home and heard fault they collected van said there was no fault after having it for a week. When I said I would collect van the told me they were with holding it as I wasn’t happy so kept for another week (I lost 2 weeks of work) finally got van back with sane fault that they couldn’t find in there workshop. Had independent garage look found straight away finance company sent independent engineer out who also found fault in the end I paid for repairs myself (£500) as I thought quicker and cheaper than going through this dealer again I still have worn bearing and shaft as a reminder to never deal with these again utter rubbish they need to remember people buy vans to earn a living. I understand faults happen but it’s the poor service and b******t they give after

DO NOT BUT A VAN FROM THIS COMPANY.

We purchased a tipper and within a week the gearbox needed a re-build and a new EGR valve. We then had the tipper in use (at our yard thankfully) the bed fuse blew with the buck in the air. This had to be left unsafe over night.

We requested a refund for the tipper as it wasn’t fit for purpose. This wasn’t granted hence this review.

The final straw for us was the passenger seat belt has a huge gash out of it. Supposidley the truck had an MOT (not a legitimate one). Rob was less than helpful on the above.

Images can be provided if desired.

We are now left with a £1,200 bill to rectify all these issues

After driving 3 hours to view an Audi q7 which I was told was ready to go that day. Arrived the headlight was broken (wouldnt pass an mot) the bulb had gone, car was filthy and the door bent! The owner told me he wouldnt do anything about it and wouldnt sell me the car! 6 hours wasted 50 quid in fuel!! Disgusted!!! Should not be allowed to trade! Bunch of cowboys!

Told me on the phone vehicle had no fault got there from a long drive to find the coil light was staying on (first lie) when I approached the guy he tried telling me that it's fine as he drove it to Leeds (second lie) with it on when I told him that it could be anything from a crank sensor right through to a dpf filter issue and obviously new coils. He then said no chance nothing wrong with it. Personally I'd give this dealer a no star rating if I could. he a compulsive liar and would trust him as far as I could throw him COW BOY !!!!! Nothing wrong with it LOL THINKS I WAS BORN YESTERDAY
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE COW BOY !!!!!!

had my littlle ex BT tipper nearly 2 years this morning it passed its second MOT at ORBIT TYRES wellingborough they take no prisoners. The van is used as a muck away tipper often over loaded . I was not sure about the alloy body but nearly 2 years on it is still smart and has never refused to tip. The van is well known in northampton concrete recycle yards . MANY THANKS

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DEAN OR ROB HERE PLEASE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE DISGUSTING

do not even attempt to buy anything from this company the experience is utterly disgusting they have got to be the worst and utmost dodgeyest dealers I have ever encountered

Whent to buy there vauxhuall vivaro van check on previous mot online and noticed it had a oil leak explained this to them on the phone before travelling they said they had there in house mechanics look at it and there was no oil leak at all everything was okay so i spent the money on train tickets there
Only to find that the van timeing cover had been botched up and was leaking oil badly along with a nasty noise from the timeing chain. If I knew this before hand I would of never went to view it only due to Rob telling me there was no oil leak I whent. I allso Found it strange that dean was trying to jetwash the oil away before I had got there abit early but the jet wash was not working properly.
And the van was already warmed up so could not see it start cold
Lucky I know about motors and they was hoping that I did not so they could rip pepole of by being dishonest and saying there was no oil leak.
They claim to have mechanics on site but would not trust them with a toy car let alone a reall one.
After me telling dean what the problem was with the van he then proceeded to say his mate will fix it for £100 when it was a major job to be done from there I know thes guys were absolute cowboys
What they are doing is buying broken down vans from auction bodging then up and trying to just fob them of
Rob the owner is utterly rude and just a plain lier so now have wasted over 200 pound in travel expenses as Rob lied to me in the first place
Please just read the other reviews
Do not even waste your time with they guys they are as dodgy as they come
And are not stupid and know that I'm not stupid
I have made formal complaints to all selling sites and will be following this through with a formal complaint to trading standards
Absolutely terrible service one star is too much for thes cowboys

My husband bought a van off Dave yesterday. When we arrived we were left to look over the van for as long as we liked, we weren't overlooked and there was no pushy sale. We didn't feel any pressure to buy in fact we were encouraged to have a really good look over it. Easy transaction and happy with the purchase.
Some of the other reviewers have complained on here, but if you don't look over the vehicle properly before you buy then that's your own fault in our opinion.

Got a truck off this guy, smart features it has - passenger electric window is a feature and doesn't work, a lovely wine on the engine that accompanies Jeremy vine on radio 2 quite well, had to ask for a spare wheel as it didn't have one well who would need one anyway, asked for help with the window to be told due to a law on commercial vehicles they don't have to fix it. So a bitter taste had been left buying from this guy.
