Nice place to work

Shocking customer service!.
Was told van was ready for delivery, waited in all day for van(lost a days wage), i rang them up when no van came, to be told that it was a mistake and that the van isnt ready and they dont know when it is going to be ready. I made arrangements for the new van including getting rid of my old vehicle, so now
Been left without a vehicle to get to work and when asked for a courtesy vehicle i was told they arnt willing to sort it!.
Absolutely ridiculous that i am being caused all this hassle for somthing they have done wrong!.
