The Van was as described in description and all works needed to be done or advisories sorted as promised and within timescale.
No hard selling or anything. Finance done quick and efficiently. Will recommend to friends and family.
I decided to contact Paul at Aspire Motor Company and told him our quite specific requirements for the car we were looking for. Turns out he had just the car for us, a fantastic automatic Golf which was priced very competitively. The car was in incredible condition, it had clearly been looked after but also attention to detail on presenting the car to us was brilliant. It's often you see a car look great in photos but to see it surpass these expectations in person is very rare.
Paul was very kind throughout the whole process. I normally hate the process of car shopping, going into a showroom and being hounded but this was a completely different experience. There was no pushiness, or pressure. He was nothing but patient and knowledgeable to our questions and inspections. It was like dealing with a mate rather than them seeing dollar signs. This kind of customer service goes a long way in my mind.
I couldn't reccomend Aspire Motor Company's services enough - if you are on the lookout for a specific car just give them a call. They will go above and beyond to help you find the right car at a competitive price with excellent customer service.
Will certainly be using them again in the future!
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM ASPIRE WITHOUT GETTING IT INDEPENDENTLY CHECKED. I would not purchase another car from this company and certainly wouldn't recommend them either. I wouldn't even leave 1 star if I didn't have to...
Here is my experience of Aspire Motor Company.
In December 2020 I Purchased a car from Paul at Aspire Motor Company in December. I was some distance from the car, so paid a deposit and Paul assured me that a thorough PDI (pre delivery inspection) would be completed as well as a 6 month warranty being offered. I trusted Paul at his word that the car would be fault free and in the right condition for me to collect. Paul insisted I pay in full, ahead of arriving at the car, because the bank transfer might not go through straight away and this would avoid an problem collecting the car (not an issue I have ever had with payment before this). I paid in full in the faith that Paul was trustworthy and the car would be ready. All seemed fine and I accepted the car.
On the drive back from collecting the car, I noticed a vibration through the steering wheel when travelling over 50mph, which I made Paul immediately aware of when I got home. He said to return the car, but because of lockdown, was unable to straight away. When I did get the car inspected independently, it became clear the car had taken an impact to the near side front wheel, which I could now see has a fracture in and the wheel is buckled which should have been picked up at the PDI (photo attached). When I explained this to Paul, he accused me of doing the damage to the car and denied any responsibility. I don't like leaving bad reviews but feel that anyone considering buying a car from Aspire Motor Company should be fully aware that the PDI and the Warranty mean absolutely nothing and Paul will deny any wrong doing. Appalling customer service. To explain the photos. The 1st and 2nd photos are current condition of the wheel, the 3rd photo is the one I was sent by Paul before I bought the car and the 4th, a close up in which the damage is just visible, but he only sent a photo of one of the alloy wheels, which I now know was because of this damage on one of them. I'll never trust a car dealer at his word again.
