Useless to anyone coming out of town to look and/or purchase a vehicle, due to the owner not being around (on a Tuesday at 2pm) the website says to call to arrange viewings for Saturday and Sundays only, nothing about weekdays. Called the office whilst we were there and an hour to an hour and half later, still no answer or call back. There was no information on the answer machine, no sign on the door to let customers know when or if they'd be returning. As a business owner myself, I believe your standards of customer service is below average. As a business you need to provide alternative methods of contact and communication for both public and trade. The current time is 5pm, still no effort to reply or call back.
If you want to call back eventually, my number will be on your call machine more than once, ending in 247.

Had my VW Camper bumpers sprayed by Lincs VW commercials car and van sales. Honestly, absolutely over the moon with the finish. Top class and professional lads, and know their VW's. Will be heading back for more work in the future. Highly recommended

Avoid this place and avoid Dale. Best to go to another dealership where you will get treated much better then this place.

We travelled a long way to view a van, staying overnight in a hotel. Paid a deposit for the van. We did ask about a couple of things to be done, one which was done, one which wasn't, at the point of arranging collection everything went quiet and it was then readvertised at £1000 more! Then came some more lies and it was clearly sold as it has now been taxed.

Twice we’ve attended to look at VWs and both times you’ve closed a lot earlier than the 1pm closing time you’ve advertised on your website. To be told it is appointment only due to Covid is also a poor excuse when that isn’t stated on your website either. Very disappointed seeing both times we’d driven from a good distance. You’ve lost our custom for sure.
