Having gone here to buy a used Peugeot I couldn't have asked for better service. Steve Todd was very helpful listening to my needs but not pushy at all. He was able to help me find the car I wanted and made the purchase process very easy. I can't recommend him enough his a credit to the company.

Decided to treat myself to a brand new car (previously always had used) and as Roy Tolley is only up the road decided to take a look. Was greeted by Steve Todd who helped us through the whole process with a smile and great attitude. He's a great guy, not pushy at all and will happily answer all your questions. I had the pleasure to receive my car from Roy Tolley. We was in urgent need for a car and Steve was very helpful and efficient in making this happen. From our first visit Steve ensured us on what documentation we needed. We then went back with all our paperwork and everything was sorted out on that day itself. He assured us that we will have the car by October, however we picked up the car in September itself. Thank you Roy Tolley's for making this whole process easy and stress free.

Steve at Roy Tolley Colchester was extremely helpful in sorting the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay +or- a few pounds. He kept me informed throughout the process and spent considerable time making sure I knew how things worked at handover. I recently took receipt of a MG from Roy Tolley in Colchester . It took 3 months from the start of the process to taking receipt of my brand new car,ordered to my spec. Steve Todd my customer sales agent who went through the car buying process with myself is a very genuine gentleman. He took time to listen to my requirements and made sure the vehicle was going to be suitable for my needs . I had regular updates via phone. After I received my vehicle it didn’t stop their the after service is the best I’ve received.

5* - I recently bought an MG4 EV from Matthew Head. The whole experience was brilliant - customer experience was second to none and felt very much looked after. Nothing was too much. The car was brand new on order and actually came months earlier than expected. I even got to choose my numberplate from a selection. Matthew also bought some stunning flowers on the day I picked my car up. It was a lovely surprise, totally different to my last experience buying a car!!
