Due to Covid19 restrictions I bought a car from an online platform, it got delivered to my door and driver left very quickly without going through the car with the excuse of catching a train, I was very upset to find out the rear tyres are full of cuts and a very old battery. I dropped my work, complaint to the online dealer who send to RB motors. RB has Excellent and efficient customer service, my voice was heard and the defects were rectified in a timely manner, professional reports and receipts that enabled me to claim all my costs back. I waited whilst the work was done, it was hot and got treated to an ice-cream, who can top that?

I highly recommend RB for excellent customer experience and workmanship. I should have bought my car from RB, know for sure I would receive good aftercare and it’s 10 minutes drive from me.

Bought 2nd hand car 2 years ago - a great purchase! But was sold an undersized replacement tyre 5 months ago! Billed extortionately for MOT & Service soon after that! And last week was mis-advised on tyre condition prior to a long journey made 3 days ago - front driver tyre burst during a motorway journey! Livid with this type of pathetic customer service to a woman driver from this reputed SW Lon don motor garage...! 😠👎

Friendly, but there's definitely something going on behind closed doors - was charged over £300 for a pedal assembly bracket fix, was told it was welded and fixed after the clutch pedal snapped off while driving. Took it to another mechanic who charged me the same price but actually replaced the entire pedal assembly and also fixed a bunch of other stuff. Was told that whoever did my car last didn't even weld it and didn't even bolt the assembly correctly, resulting in a severely bent clutch pedal.
Now I've added all the past costs and compared them with recent ones I'd say take your car to an honest mechanics instead. I can't help that I found another guy who actually repaired the problem for less. Happy hunting people. Good mechanics are hard to find these days. At least honest ones are.

Recently took my Scirocco for an MOT which failed for the drop links, these were seized on and I was unable to replace them myself, the team at RB Motors sorted this out and put it through the MOT which passed. Generally I work on my cars myself but I will be back here if this sort of situation happens again. Thank you to the team at RB Motors.
