JCB Ashford Van Centre

Recommended by a colleague to take my vehicle here for fault diagnosis and service. Was very impressed by Customer service from the start and was notified of works required and cost by midday, and all works completed by end of day. Can recommend to all.

Although JCB have been polite they have not yet been able to help us get set up with the Seat app. This is something Seat want us to do, but despite 3 100 mile round trips, Seat have not been able to identify where the issue is. Whilst we accept any issues with the computer interface and the car can be very costly for Seat to put right it has now cost us 3 days of lost work and 300 miles worth of fuel, not to mention wear and tear on the car. Even more annoying is the frustration at waiting around for an hour or more at the end of a long day of waiting for nothing to happen to get the car back!
JCB have told us that Seat is having issues with this connection thing but they don't seem to be aware or care about the frustration this causes to its customers when there is nothing wrong with the car.
They need to get this sorted as I feel there customer satisfaction rating will plummet if they don't
