Mini Direct & BMW Direct

Bought a mini Cooper off then 5 months ago. The front number plate (fitted by them) became detached on one side because it has been hung higher to hide damage in the front bumper rather than being attached using the actual mounting points. The passenger front wheel arch has white stains down it, presumably from some repair work. It was nicely masked by whatever 'back to black' they use - consequently the car looks awful if I don't re-apply some back to black every couple of weeks. If I was spending £2-3k on a car several years old I would expect this sort of thing. I feel ripped off. The car is not as presented and described. Wish I'd walked away as could have got a better one for the same money. Will never be going back.

this specialist dealer. This is the second car I have bought from Mini Direct and I now wouldn't go anywhere else. They had the patience of Job with all my numerous questions and concerns, Rupert was very knowledgeable over every detail (lovely dry sense of humour) and the car was immaculate when I came to pick it up. I got a very fair price for the car I was trading in (and which I had originally bought from them) and although I didn't take the finance deal in the end, that too seemed very fair. And I absolutely LOVE my car....drives superbly. Very happy.

Fantastic service throughout. The team were always available for a call or text to answer any query. The car was brought to me for a test drive (several hours away) at no charge and later delivered when I decided to purchase. The car was fitted with £1000 of extras at my request including dual controls, all done very quickly and without any fuss. The car was also immaculate and delivered with Covid safe measures. I’ll be back in a few years when I look to upgrade.

I wish I’d found them years ago. My car is excellent! I didn’t have to sit there listening to sales spiel for hours and hours like you do in a main dealership. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the finance company were easy to deal with and fast. All in all a 10/10 experience.
